About us

Facts

Pro Tempus Pawel Myszka
digitization and multimedia techniques studio

We are a recognizable company on the Polish market of professional photography and digitization of cultural heritage collections.

  • Founded: 1st November 1989 r.
  • Experience: 30 years
  • Executive teams: 10
  • Work carried out: Poland, Ukraine, Belarus

Our studio, apart from commercial orders, carries out projects for digitizing cultural heritage collections. Both of these activities complement each other perfectly. The professional experience and technical facilities possessed by our team in both cases allow us to perform works at the highest required level. This applies to both technical issues and work discipline.

Our offer includes full digitization of various objects. The executive standard is to perform works in accordance with the parameters described in the Catalog of Good Digitization Practices announced by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage.

The principle of operation is comprehensive implementation. As part of cooperation in the digitization of collections, depending on the subject of studies, we organize teams of specialists in their fields. We provide cooperation between art historians, conservators, specialists in digital processing of graphic files, web programmers, 3D graphic designers and CAD designers. If necessary, we construct special equipment to carry out non-standard orders.

The studio equipment is adequate to the tasks performed. We have equipment and software for digitization in the Gigapanoram technology - we achieve reproduction dimensions above 45,000 pixels (with the digitization standard of 5000 pixels). We also provide access to reproductions made in this technology through specially prepared websites. We have hardware and software to perform virtual tours of the interiors of facilities with the possibility of interactive control.

Our equipment allows you to run mobile stations or take photos in hard-to-reach places (e.g. tripods 10 m high). The studio is equipped with two professional shooting drones - DJI Phantom 4 Pro. We have a ULC - UAV VLOS certificate that allows us to perform work with the use of drones. Thanks to this technology, we can make maps of areas, parks, as well as 3D models of objects and buildings in the photogrammetry technique.

Image Science Associates, LLC (ISA)

Pro Tempus Paweł Myszka obtained the Certificate of Competence issued by Image Science Associates and the company AC&C Sp. z o.o.

The process of digitizing cultural heritage resources requires the use of technological solutions ensuring the highest quality of reproduction. The quality control system used by us - Golden Thread, developed by Image Science Associates in 2006, has become an international reference and internationally accepted standard for digitizing cultural heritage resources. The Golden Thread System is based on individual FADGI color and resolution templates, which are each time used to certify the lighting and the scale of reproduction of the reproduced work.

Since 2010, the recommendations of the Golden Thread system based on tests on FADGI templates are the basis for controlling the digitization of works art. It is a system commonly used in the processes of digitization of works of art both in the USA and in Europe.

Paweł Myszka has been awarded by Image Science Associates and AC&C with a Certificate of Competence of compliance with the FADGI (Federal Agencies Digital Guidelines Initiative) requirements confirming its competence in the field of the quality of reproductions necessary for the digitization of cultural heritage resources.

In Poland, ISA companies have and apply the Certificate of Competence only to four private companies.

how do we work

DEVELOP A DIGITALIZATION PATH

Each task is different.
We approach each task individually and in the first place we work out a detailed action plan together with the client.

PREPARING THE IMPLEMENTATION TEAM

We organize executive teams, taking responsibility for the entire process of digitization of the collections.
The composition of the team is adapted to the needs of the project

DIGITIZATION

We can do the work in our studio, but we are ready to organize a mobile studio. Most of the work done was done outside the studio.

MULTIMEDIA

In order to provide digitized collections, we make multimedia applications and launch websites.

SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT

We have specialized digitizing equipment, in addition to recording equipment - a professional drone, rotary table (with a load capacity of over 200 kg), a position for scanning diapositives and negatives.

QUALITY

All works are performed in accordance with the executive standards for the digitization process. The quality of our work is confirmed by the ISA certificate
